Support that fits where your family is now.

Where You Stand

$350 Introductory rate one 90-minute session

A focused 90-minute guidance session to understand where things stand and determine your next step.

For families who need experienced guidance to understand what is happening, make sense of the school’s position, and determine the most appropriate direction from here.

What is included

  • A focused 90 minute guidance session, informed by a brief advance review of the information you provide, so our time can stay centered on your child, your concerns, what the school has communicated, and where things currently stand.
  • Discussion of the special education process that applies to your situation, including what may warrant closer attention and what options are available.
  • Clear guidance on the most appropriate next step, whether that means requesting an evaluation, addressing an existing IEP concern, gathering additional information, or determining that no immediate action is needed.

The Path Forward

$1,500 Introductory rate defined engagement

In-depth review, strategy, and preparation for an upcoming meeting or decision.

For families who already have a meeting, decision, concern, or important next step ahead and want more than an explanation of the paperwork.

What is included

Records & Analysis

  • A comprehensive review of the records that matter to the issue being addressed, including evaluations, the current or proposed IEP, progress reporting, Prior Written Notices, school communication, intervention information, behavior documents, and other relevant records.
  • IEP and evaluation alignment analysis to examine whether identified needs are addressed through goals, services, accommodations, supports, placement, and other provisions.
  • Written findings and priorities organized around what deserves attention and what should be addressed first.

Recommendations & Communication

  • Goal review and revision when goals are unclear, incomplete, poorly aligned, or not meaningfully measurable.
  • Accommodation and support analysis, including additional accommodations, supplementary aids, services, or testing considerations when warranted.
  • School communication support to raise concerns, request changes, document unresolved issues, or establish your position before the meeting.

Meeting Preparation & Follow Through

  • Meeting strategy and preparation focused on what you need to accomplish, which questions need answers, what requests should be made, and how to respond when an answer does not resolve the issue.
  • A preparation session before the meeting or decision point.
  • A post meeting debrief to review what changed, what remains unresolved, and what should happen next.

With You Through the IEP

$3,500 Introductory rate full IEP term

Ongoing review, strategy, and support throughout the full IEP term.

For families who want the same depth of review and strategy as The Path Forward, with continuity across the entire IEP term rather than around one issue or meeting.

What is included

Establishing the Starting Point

  • Comprehensive initial review and strategy to establish where your child stands, identify the priorities for the term, and determine what deserves ongoing attention.
  • Full records review and alignment analysis as the foundation for ongoing support, including goals, services, accommodations, progress data, evaluation information, and other relevant records.

Monitoring the IEP Throughout the Term

  • Quarterly progress report review and outreach. At each reporting period, I reach out and review the new data against the IEP goals, baseline, and prior progress, updating recommendations when the data supports a change.
  • Ongoing IEP implementation review when concerns arise about services, accommodations, progress monitoring, missed implementation, or whether the written plan is translating into the school day.
  • Review of new documents throughout the term, including amendments, Prior Written Notices, school data, proposed changes, updated plans, and other records that affect the IEP.

When Something Changes

  • Written findings, goal and accommodation analysis, school communication support, and meeting strategy when significant issues or decision points arise.
  • School communication support throughout the term when something needs to be raised, clarified, documented, or formally requested.
  • Goal and accommodation review as needs change so the IEP can be reconsidered when the data or circumstances warrant it.
  • Behavior support review when applicable, including FBAs, BIPs, behavior data, and related school planning.
  • Evaluation and reevaluation support when applicable, including new evaluations, reevaluations, eligibility questions, proposed changes, and related decisions.

Meetings & Annual Review

  • Preparation for significant meetings that arise during the term, applying the same analysis and strategy used in The Path Forward.
  • Annual IEP preparation that brings together current progress, identified needs, services, accommodations, goals, evaluation information, and the proposed next plan before the annual review.

Ongoing Guidance

  • Ongoing guidance when meaningful questions or developments arise between scheduled checkpoints, without having to start over and explain the history again.
