What I collect.

When you book a consultation or send a message through this site, I collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you choose to tell me about your situation. If we work together, I may also receive documents you send me directly, such as an IEP, an evaluation, or a behavior plan.

This site also collects ordinary web analytics, such as which pages were visited and roughly where the visit came from. That data is not tied to your name.

Why I collect it.

To schedule and prepare for your consultation, to reply to you, and to do the work you have asked me to do. Nothing else. I do not build a profile on you or your child.

Text messages.

If you book an appointment and choose “Yes, text me appointment updates,” I will text you about that appointment: confirmations, reminders, and changes. That is the only reason I will ever text you. You will not receive marketing or promotional texts.

Saying yes is optional and is never required to book a consultation or to work with me.

Reply STOP to any message to stop the texts. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email jamie@luminateconsultingaz.com. Message frequency varies by appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else sees it.

I use a small number of ordinary service providers to run this practice: website hosting, a scheduling tool, a contact form, an email provider, and a text-messaging provider. They process your information only so those tools work, and only on my instruction.

I never sell your information. Not now, not ever. I do not rent it, and I do not share it with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. I will not discuss your child with your school or district unless you ask me to.

The one exception is the ordinary legal one: if the law requires disclosure, or if someone is in danger, I may have to act on that.

How long I keep it, and how to have it deleted.

I keep what I need for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. Documents about your child are kept only as long as they are useful to the work.

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email jamie@luminateconsultingaz.com and I will take care of it.
